Delta-Tone

Delta Tone is an inorganic, microlayer-forming primary coating, filled up with zinc and aluminium plates. Silver-bright coatings with high corrosion-preventive properties are obtained through a baking process. The entire coating is electrically conductive and thus gives the iron the required protection against corrosion cathodically. There is no risk of hydrogen embrittlement.

Delta-Seal

Delta Seal is an organically highly cross-linked, microlayer-forming protective coating. A strongly adhesive, chemical-resistant coat is produced after a suitable coating and baking process. Delta Seal can also be applied "with internal lubricant" as long-lasting dry lubrication. Delta Tone and Delta Seal are heavy-metal-free. This high-quality corrosion preventive medium is used mostly to protect springs against corrosion in outdoor applications.
